Bequia Easter Regatta 2008

March 20th - 24th 2008
Organizing Authority -Bequia Sailing Club

The 2008 Bequia Easter Regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing of the ISAF 2005-08 (hereafter referred to as Racing Rules), the prescriptions of the Bequia Sailing Club and issued Sailing Instructions.

The Regatta is classified as a Category C Event, ISAF Regulation 20.3.1

CLASSES:

Racing (spinnaker) CSA Certificate

Cruising I (non-spinnaker) CSA Certificate

Cruising II (non-spinnaker) Simplified CSA Rating Rule (intended for live-aboards and "fun" competitors without a CSA measurement certificate)

J24 (One Design Class, spinnaker)

ENTRY FEE:

All Vessels: EC$200.00 (EC$180.00 if pre-registered)

If you intend to race in the Racing or Cruising I Classes, you must have a valid 2008 CSA Certificate and present it, or a copy, to the Race Officer at registration, before the Skippers' Briefing.

If you intend to race in Cruising II, please make sure that you bring the "vital statistics" of your boat to registration. (LOA, LWL, Beam, Draft and sail areas).
