The 2012 Bequia Heineken Easter Regatta will be
governed by the Rules as defined in the Racing Rules
of Sailing (RRS) and the J24 Class Declaration and
Amendments.
Race Headquarters is located The Frangipani Hotel.
The Regatta is classified as a Category C Event,
ISAF Regulation 20.3.1

(spinnaker) CSA Certificate
Cruising I: (non-spinnaker) CSA
Certificate
Cruising II: (non-spinnaker) Simplified CSA
Rating Rule -

live-aboards

"fun"
competitors without a CSA measurement certificate)

Pre-Registration
and
Registration:
To qualify for pre-registration discount, entrants must
submit their fully completed entry form on-line by 5pm
on Friday 30th March.
Registration in person will be at Race Headquarters, 2pm
- 5pm on Wednesday 4th April and 11am - 3.30pm on
Thursday 5th April

If you intend to race in the Racing or Cruising I
Classes, you must have a valid 2012 CSA Measurement
Certificate, a copy of which should be presented to the
Race Officer beforethe close of Registration at 3.30pm
on Thursday 5th April.
If you intend to race in the J24 Class, a J24 Class
Declaration and Amendment must be signed at
Registration. The J24 Class Declaration and Amendment
will be posted on the Bequia Heineken Easter
Regatta website
If you are planning to race in Racing, J24, Surprise or
Cruising I Class, you need only complete the first part
of the following on-line form.
If you intend to race
in Cruising II, please make sure that you supply all
the “vital statistics” of your boat, (LOA, LWL,
Beam, Draft, Rig and Sail areas), and complete ALL the
fields when you pre-register on-line to ensure
qualification for the pre-registration discount!
